The reason the State Command in Texas has established J.A.G similar to the US Military JAG system is so that the patriot community can (namely the militia) can enforce indictments handed down by  Common law courts namely those indictments where evidence has been proven beyond shadow of doubt where
The State Commander or local Commander may issue a Battlefield Arrest those accused of crimes against the republic and the Constitution namely double agents accused of high treason to be able to deliver to the nearest Common Law Court if possible the accused. (only enforceable during wartime.)
The system proposed is (1) paralegal or (1) Constitutional attorney acting as Commander of  J.A.G office and  (1) officer appointed  as a provost Marshall .The accused when taken into custody is responsible for one acing as own attorney or two coming up with an attorney if he so chooses to defended against charges. Upon receiving an indictment JAG receives a Battlefield Arrest warrant  from the State Commander and or local commander .The JAG commander then passes it to the Provost Marshall who select and commands the tactical unit  that selected to enforce the warrant. We must keep our own hose clean . JAG also will try defend militia members
who get themselves arrested by law enforcement that are not warranted to be arrested by helping with any legal processes.

A law enforcement officer will lose his bond if he oppresses a citizen to the point of civil.
